Your responsibilities:
1.Planning and organization of resources in his responsibility area regarding the established targets in quality, as internal (quality plan) as well as the operational tasks of quality in his area.
2. Realization of initial (onboarding) trainings
3. Mentoring of new agents in cooperation with service responsible regarding assessment of probation period 4.Implementation of continuous training (plan)
5.Organization and realization of training activities regarding external qualification
6.Creation and maintainance of training indicators and guidelines
7.Leadership and motivation of the professional development of the training department associates Training, conference, meeting room administration
8.Link to the principal company departments (Operations, Technique, Administration, Personnel, etc.)

Your profile:
1. At least 2 years working experience on related field. Experienced in hand-ling/training/facilitating both new and recurring training classes/sessions
2.Fluent English ability (Overseas training required)
3.Background in customer services
4.Above average work ethics
5.Able to create training modules
6.Strong communication skills
7.Handling of standard IT applications as Excel, Word, Power Point Process orientation and methodical
