Job Description

  • Manage HR IT change request
  • Provide HR IT problem solving solution
  • Lead HR IT system function optimization/automation
  • Provide lesson learned to internal team members and end users to avoid similar problem occurring
  • Coordinate the changes of HR process/policy to realize manual work reduction
  • Provide consultative advice to end users and working partners
  • Documentation management


  • At least 5 years HR payroll and time management expert in manufacture industry
  • At least 1 years' working experience in HR Staffing/Training/Entry&Termination area
  • At least 3 year working experience in SAP HR operation and problem solving, able to handle complex change request
  • Competent to conduct test in SAP HR for payroll and time management module
  • Excellent HR knowledge in policy/process/legal requirement of?payroll &time management
  • Excellent SAP HR operation and complex problem solving skills
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Excellent office software operation skills
  • Good HR business overview thinking ability
  • Excellent at knowledge based Clear/Accurate/Complete/Efficient communication include speaking and writing
  • Good influence skill(process/policy harmonization oriented)
  • Excellent time management and multiple tasks processing ability
  • Excellent logic thinking and problem analysis ability
  • Excellent organization, coordination, moderation, follow up skills
  • Excellent self learning ability
  • Good at initiate system/process optimization/enhancement with combining business process and system function
